Press Yard's intentional indoor-outdoor design will help us weather future unforeseen challenges to allow people to gather. Unlike amusement parks or plug-and-play commercial centers, we are committed to maintaining authenticity, preserving local Kansas history and embracing the future of fun, food and work, while complementing the boutique shops, restaurants and intimate, historic feeling of the downtown district.

 

The Press Yards will be a showcase of quality and design and will be a welcoming destination for everyone. It will serve as the gateway to the historic Downtown. A true mix-use redevelopment will feature traditional office space, complemented by food, beverage and entertainment concepts in the same vein as DAVINCI's Pennway Point project in Kansas City
